Who we are

Roble 21 S.A. was founded in February 2000, working in the leasing of property as well as development and sales.

Its Board of Directors, together with the CEO, can count on more than 40 years’ experience in the sector via the companies of Urbanizadora del Coto S.A. and Inmobiliaria Nueva Orleáns S.A., firms founded in 1934 on 400 hectares of land in the Madrid district, with well-known developments such as the “Parque Conde de Orgaz”(200 hectares), “Barrio Blanco” (400 homes), “El Salvador” (200 homes) and Office Estates on both sides of the Barajas Motorway, on the M-30, Arturo Soria and M-40.

Company activity in its initial years was limited to the creation of real estate assets for rental, concentrating on locating land for construction and the purchase of office buildings and industrial/logistical buildings.

During 2003, the company moved into property development with two very innovative projects in Madrid, involving the design of Loft living and working spaces. The two projects amounted to a total of 45,000 m2 built in 421 Lofts and 460 garage spaces. From 2007, 2 residential developments were carried out in the district of Aranjuez, with a total of 45 homes.

The company also has a land reserve of 30,000 m2 in Sotogrande (Cádiz-Costa del Sol), one of the best residential areas in Europe, and home to two of the World's most prestigious golf courses. It also has 17,615 m2 of industrial/tertiary land with an above ground buildability of 42,000 m2 in one of Madrid's most promising industrial estates.

The medium/long term aim of Roble 21 is that of growth in property ownership as well as development, offering some unique, high quality, real estate products, while adjusting our activity to the needs of the market, and paying great attention to respect for the environment.
